Hello and welcome to All Topics Forums - a place to be yourself.
I am Nick, this websites owner and lead administrator, some of you may know me as Entity. I will be going over the rules, guidelines, and etiquette for posting on this forum.
S1 - Photos of yourself and personal information: What you post is done so on your own free will, we will never ask you for your real name, phone number, address, or any other information which you do not choose to release on your profile.
S2 - Inappropriate Language: is allowed as long as: it is not excessive and you are not harassing/bullying anyone or any group of people. Keep in mind that if you do use inappropriate language, a moderator may censor it and you may receive a warning if it breaks one of the aforementioned exceptions.
S3 - Advertising and Outside Links: is not allowed anywhere on the site unless you have Administrator permission. Linking offsite includes: chat boxes, chat services of any kind, other forums, or any other type of community/social website. Websites that are reputable are OK to link to, even if you do not have Administrator permission. These sites include, but are not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Imgur. *This includes writing sitename.extension, just because it is not clickable does not make it OK.
S4 - Posting images hosted on other sites (hotlinking): is permitted. Keep in mind that depending on where the image is hosted it could be considered bandwidth theft because they are paying to display it here.
S5 - Spam: Do not spam the forums. Spam is posting something that has nothing to do with the original forum, double posting, and overusing the smilies. This also includes sending messages to other users.
S6 - Bumping: this means unnecessarily commenting on your post to bring it to the top of the board. You may bump your thread once every 24 hours by commenting "bump" without quotations. This does not mean you shouldn't comment on posts.
S7 - Reporting a Post: If you see a post you feel is breaking the rules, click the report button, every post has one. Please do not attempt to "backseat mod", we have moderators to handle these situations.
S8 - Deleted Posts: If your post/thread was deleted, please do not repost it, it was deleted for a reason. Following your post being deleted, you may receive a message from a Staff Member regarding why your post was deleted. If you didn't receive a message, please send one to Sean and explain the situation.
S9 - Arguments/Fights: If you disagree with another member, please try to keep your discussions civil and refrain from using harsh profanity. If the thread gets out of hand a moderator may delete it and warn you.
You are fully responsible for your account and your password. Claiming that somebody else, brother, sister, cousin, friend, was using your account is not an acceptable excuse for breaking one of the rules. If you share your account with somebody else it will be treated as if you broke the rules yourself. It is very simple to sign up and make your own account.
If you have any questions regarding these rules or if you have any questions regarding a warning you received contact a Moderator.
If you feel you have been warned/banned unjustly (unfairly), please contact an Administrator.
